Beyond the Fascia: Correcting Upper Body Postural Dysfunctions & Chronic Pain
16 Live Technique Hours
Neck tension, thoracic stiffness, shoulder dysfunction, and repetitive strain injuries often stem from chronic postural imbalances and fascial restrictions. This course provides an in-depth exploration of upper-body fascial integration and its role in cervical, thoracic, and shoulder pain syndromes.
Participants will analyze forward head posture, upper crossed patterns, scapular dyskinesis, thoracic kyphosis, and repetitive strain compensations. Pain neuroscience principles are incorporated to help therapists differentiate structural dysfunction from centrally mediated chronic pain presentations.
Hands-on lab sessions focus on sub occipital decompression, scapular stabilization strategies, pectoral and rotator cuff integration, thoracic mobilization (non-thrust), and postural correction sequencing. By the end of the course, participants will be equipped with practical corrective strategies, refined assessment skills, and evidence-informed treatment planning methods to address upper-body postural dysfunction safely and effectively within Florida massage therapy scope of practice.

Beyond the Fascia: Correcting Lower Body Postural Dysfunctions & Chronic Pain
16 Live Technique Hours
Chronic low back, hip, SI joint, knee, and plantar pain are among the most common complaints seen in massage practice. This intermediate-to-advanced course explores lower-body fascial continuity, postural distortion patterns, and biomechanical compensations that contribute to persistent pain.
Participants will examine the thoracolumbar fascia, pelvic mechanics, hip stabilization strategies, gait deviations, and lower extremity load transfer through a functional, evidence-informed lens. Emphasis is placed on distinguishing mechanical dysfunction from centrally mediated pain patterns to ensure safe and effective treatment planning. Through hands-on laboratory instruction, therapists will learn corrective manual therapy techniques targeting the gluteal complex, hip flexors, QL, adductors, hamstrings, IT band integration, and plantar fascia.
Participants will leave with structured assessment strategies, treatment sequencing protocols, and practical tools for addressing chronic lower-body dysfunction within the legal scope of massage therapy practice. This course bridges anatomy, pain science, and clinical application to enhance therapeutic outcomes for clients with persistent lumbopelvic and lower extremity pain.

Beyond the Fascia: Full-Body Postural Correction & Chronic Pain Management with Kinesiology Taping
16 Live Technique Hours
Postural dysfunction rarely exists in isolation. Chronic pain often reflects global fascial strain patterns, compensatory movement strategies, and neurosensory adaptations across the entire body. This advanced-level course integrates full-body fascial anatomy, global postural distortion models, and corrective manual therapy with kinesiology taping applications for postural support and neurosensory cueing.
Participants will explore superficial and deep fascial lines, spiral and lateral strain patterns, upper and lower crossed syndromes, and gait compensations. In addition to manual corrective techniques, therapists will learn kinesiology taping principles, indications, contraindications, and application strategies for shoulder stabilization, lumbar support, pelvic alignment, and lower extremity correction. Hands-on labs emphasize clinical reasoning, full-body assessment, corrective sequencing, and safe taping integration.
Therapists will develop comprehensive treatment plans that combine manual therapy and taping strategies to support structural alignment, proprioceptive awareness, and functional improvement.
